How do I access a course? #
After checkout, you receive an access link via email. You can also return anytime through your account dashboard. If you don’t see the email, check spam/junk, then request a new access link from support.
How is pricing set? #
Pricing reflects lesson count, instructor time, content updates, and research overhead. We also run periodic discounts and limited-time bundles when a new module is released.
What data do you store? #
We store only what is necessary to provide access and support: account email, purchase/access entitlements, and minimal service logs. We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.
Do you offer refunds? #
We offer a clear, fair refund window for eligible purchases. If something isn’t working as expected, contact support and we’ll help troubleshoot first; if needed, we’ll guide you through a refund request.
